2. Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact details such as name, email, phone, and business name.
- Business information you share such as service areas, categories, and competitor notes.
- Website usage data such as pages viewed, device data, approximate location, and referrers via analytics or cookies.
- Communications such as emails, messages, and call notes where applicable.
- Client account access details limited to what is needed for delivery and stored securely.

4. Sharing your data
We may share data with trusted providers that help us deliver services, such as hosting, analytics, CRM, email, call platforms, and payment processors.
4a. Advertising, Meta and WhatsApp
- Meta pixel. Our website uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), which sets cookies, to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and enquiries.
- Enquiries from our website. When you submit our analysis form, we send Meta a record that an enquiry was made, together with your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw.
- Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you enquire through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta already holds that enquiry. We tell Meta, using the lead reference Meta gave us, how the enquiry progressed (for example contacted, or became a client), so our ads reach people more likely to need us. We do not send Meta your contact details for this. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; you can object at any time by emailing us.
- WhatsApp. If you give us a mobile number when asking for an analysis, we may contact you about that request on WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd).
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards where required.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and accounting requirements.
7. Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
- Complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
